The Bridge Project expanded access to HIV and Hepatitis education, screening, referral services and community support for vulnerable populations. During implementation, EquiBridge delivered eight planned education workshops, trained three Community Health Workers, established three community support spaces, and secured three formal referral pathways.
The annual project report recorded 696 individuals tested against an original target of 100. Broader reporting documented 1,279 people reached through health education, 765 individuals screened, and 157 referrals facilitated to Primary Health Centres and designated hospitals.
